Our Pastor

Reverend Jason A. Miles is a native of Columbus, Ohio.  Reverend Miles was called to the Gospel Ministry in 1992 at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. C.W. Noble. After college, he united with the Mount Hermon Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Donald J. Washington in 2002, was licensed to the Gospel Ministry in 2005, and was ordained in 2010. He has been taught and nurtured to equip and empower the saints through biblical, traditional yet progressive principles and practices toward the accomplishment of the Great Commission. Upon relocation to South Carolina, Rev. Miles united with the Spring Grove Baptist Church of Latta and then the First Nazareth Baptist Church after settling in Columbia.

In June 2021, he was called to be the Senior Pastor of Pine Grove.

He is the father of two children, DaMonte and Gabrielle.  He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.  where he serves the Beta Chi Sigma chapter as Chaplain.  He also serves on the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc International Chaplains Committee and Sigma Fathers Committee.
